For non-event related overnight stays, full-property rates start at $790/night, with last-minute rates from $395 when booked within 7 days of check-in.
GOOD TO KNOW
Standard indoor seating accommodates up to 25 guests. For larger configurations, please request your setup in advance — some tables require early notice.
Additional tables are available. We have four 6-foot folding tables (request in advance), and 15 mid-century hardwood tables available to rent for $750 total, or $50 each.
Parking for up to 20 cars on-site. A shuttle to and from the nearby park & ride (I-84, exit 96) is available for larger groups — we're happy to help coordinate.
Outside catering and bartending are welcome. We can provide a curated vendor list including chefs, bartenders, florists, DJs, officiants, and more upon request.
Furniture may not be rearranged without prior approval. Full furniture removal for multi-day or tenant use is available for an additional fee.
