Overnight Accommodations

Sacred Basecamp’s overnight accommodations are available for advance reservation year-round. Monthly rental is also available throughout the year. Please inquire directly if interested in monthly mid-term or long-term furnished rental.

Standard nightly rates for full property rental for non-event stays start at $790/night. Last minute rates for reservations booked 7 days in advance start at $395/night. Guests may book overnight accommodations via AirBnB or VRBO.

Full property rental for just 1 guest or one couple, with access to only one queen bedroom, but with full access to the rest of the property, starts at $295/night, and can be booked here.

Evening events with up to 25 guests are allowed with any standard overnight reservation but please note that furniture may not be re-configured, event guests must vacate the premises by 9:30pm, and guests may not check-in to the property until 4pm. Overnight guests who want their event of 25 or fewer guests to start before 4 p.m. may book a separate 3.5 hr event reservation for $525 in order to have access to the property at 12:30pm. Guests desiring access to the property before 12:30pm must book the night before and have a 2-night minimum reservation.

For overnight guests wishing to host one or more events with more than 25 guests during an overnight reservation (such as a group who wants to stay for a week and also have their wedding, reunion, or rehearsal dinner on site during their stay) a $1,500 event fee will apply. These reservations must be booked directly with Sacred Basecamp. Please check date availability first via VRBO, and then email info@sacredbasecamp.com to request your reservation. Standard Nightly rates are $790/night, or as advertised via VRBO. Please note that events with 51-75 guests are only feasible during the warmer months of June-September, or with special request pre-approved by the property manager. Indoor events with more than 50 guests on site at a time aren’t feasible due to capacity limitations, but indoor/outdoor events are feasible during the warmer weather seasons of Summer and Autumn.
