Sacred Basecamp invites you to slow down and try your hand at something new. This introductory oil painting session explores the fundamentals of a time-honored medium, in a historic space built nearly a century ago. Flooded with natural light and creative atmosphere, Sacred Basecamp’s upper level great room will become a creative sanctuary for this course. Students will leave with a completed original painting — and a deeper understanding of oil painting processes, materials and technique. *Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow for introductions.
3 hours of individual and small group instruction
Small Group Size, No more than 8 participants
All supplies, materials and aprons provided
Optional 2pm Post-workshop tour of Sacred Basecamp’s eclectic, vintage, and one of a kind art display (including works painted by the workshop instructor).
Non-alcoholic beverages & snacks provided throughout the workshop
