Sacred Basecamp’s unique atmosphere, charming architecture, and uplifting ambience make it a desirable location for celebrations of love, commitment, family, friendship, community, and creativity. Those who appreciate unassuming privacy, sophisticated style and intimate scale will find that Sacred Basecamp is a welcoming space for a variety of private events and group gatherings, including dinner parties, ceremonies, receptions, corporate retreats, reunions, wellness workshops, artistic performances, and creative production.

GROUP DAY-USE & EVENT RESERVATIONS

Day-use group rental reservations and an accompanying rental contract are required for group use for gatherings with more than 9 guests, and do not include overnight accommodations, but those may be added separately or purchased through a bundled multi-day package.

Single night accommodations may be added separately to day-use group reservations, depending on the season, day of the week, and availability.

When renting Sacred Basecamp for group gatherings, reservations only include use of the upper level of the property and outside areas, unless a multi-day full property rental package has been purchase. Lower level access is not included with day-use reservations, unless overnight accommodations have been added for an additional fee to the reservation booking, or unless a multi-day rental package has been purchased.

Day-use includes access to the property from 10am-10pm on the day of the event, and the following additional amenities:

• Indoor tables and chairs for seated dining for up to 24 guests.

• 6 six-foot folding tables for indoor or outdoor use

• Access to a variety of vintage inspired event decorations, including circular and rectangular backgrounds for visual focal points for presentations and photoshoots, floral displays and greenery, vases, warm white cafe string lights, drapery, serving platters, dishware, candlestick holders. A large whiteboard easel and Flipchart is available for team brainstorming sessions and visual presentations related to corporate retreats and workshops, and Fiber Wi-Fi is available to support efficient remote work capabilities. A full inventory of decorations and equipment, including yoga mats for groups of 10 or fewer can be provided upon request.

• A full list of suggested vendors for a variety of services, including caterers, chefs, bartenders, waitstaff, local floral farmers/suppliers, table & chair rental companies, tent rental, dance floor rental, officiants, personal driver services, group shuttle bus services, DJ’s, local bands, emcee services, floral designers, cake bakers, handmade custom letterpress printers for invitations and other printed materials, and additional lodging options are all provided upon booking confirmation.

• Event curator services, visual styling, event management, on-site support, and vendor coordination services can all be provided for an additional fee through our creative services team.
