Sacred Basecamp's charming architecture and intimate atmosphere welcome small private groups of up to 50 guests (28-40 person max for seated dining) — whether you're marking a milestone, convening a team, or simply seeking a beautiful setting to gather and enjoy the culinary artistry of Dinner with Fran, Sacred Basecamp is a perfect gathering spot for a variety of private group experiences.

• The upper level space is available to rent by the hour for 2-hour/6-hour/and full day events other than weddings.   • 3.5 hour time blocks (2-Hour Event) for $375

  • 7.5 hour time blocks (6 Hour Event) $750

  • Full day Rental (11:30am - 9:30pm) - $1,125

  • Includes guest access to the upstairs of the property and 1 upstairs bathroom

  • Accommodates 24-40 person seated events (ideal group size for seated events is 28 or fewer, but the space can accommodate up to 40 seated guests) and 50 person mix/mingle standing/seated receptions *However, please note that no more than 15 cars are allowed onsite at any time during the reservation. Please plan accordingly with ride share or shuttling guests from the Exit 96 Park & Ride lot adjacent to I-84.

  • A mix of matching hardwood tables and an eclectic mix of hardwood chairs is provided for seated private dining events with up to 40 guests. If matching chairs are desired, those should be rented independently.

  • Overnight accommodations are not included with hourly event rental but may be available depending on the season and availability. Please email info@sacredbasecamp.com to inquire about accompanying overnight accommodations availability on the day before or day of your event.
