Sacred Basecamp’s unique atmosphere, charming architecture, and uplifting ambience make it a desirable location for celebrations of love, commitment, family, friendship, community, and creativity. Those seeking privacy, sophisticated style and intimate scale will find a welcoming space at Sacred Basecamp to host a variety of private events, corporate meetings, trainings, remote work space for employee groups and executive leadership teams, celebratory seated and reception style dinners, elopements, intimate ceremonies, open-house style receptions, wellness retreats, workshops, curated programs and presentations, television and film production, content creation, and more. Sacred Basecamp is a safe and welcoming space for LGBTQ+ weddings and events.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Group reservations include the following:

*12-hours of property use - 10am-10pm

*17 - 72”x 36” solid hardwood mid-century style dining tables for indoor or outdoor use (accommodates groups of 70-100 guests for sit down dining).

*6 additional folding tables (6-foot rectangular) available for use.

*Standard indoor dining configuration for up to 24 guests (two 5-foot tables, one 8’foot table, two round 30” and 36” inch bistro tables, dining chairs to accompany all tables).

* Furniture removal and storage of the standard living/dining room furniture that’s on the upper level of the property is available upon request for a $1,750 fee per event, with $500/month fee after that for recurring storage associated with long term private event space/corporate retreat/or mid-term residential use.

*Full access to event decor (candle holders, candles, floral displays, vases, vintage items) linens, ceremony backdrops, 600’ of warm white string lights.

*Event styling and host service included for events of 24 or fewer guests.

*Event curation and thematic styling available through partner vendor for larger events at partner-vendor rates.

*Event host available for larger events upon request, but not required

*Downstairs level available during the rental period for event and wedding party preparations and an additional event guest bathroom.

*Outside catering and bartending services encouraged but not required

*Parking for 30 cars (shuttle to nearby park and ride lot available and may be required for larger groups).

*Full list of partner vendors, including hair stylists, makeup artists, caters and private chefs, bartending services, dance floor and event tent rentals, shuttle bus and private driver services, wellness treatments, officiant, DJ’s and live musicians, floral suppliers, floral designers, and hourly event support staff, and other desired event services is provided upon request as a courtesy for private events & group reservations.

GROUP DAY-USE & EVENT RESERVATIONS

Group reservations and an accompanying rental contract are required for group gatherings with more than 25 event guests. Gatherings of less than 25 guests may take place with a standard overnight reservation, but no more than 9 overnight guests may remain on the property past 10:30 pm. If property access is needed before 3pm for events with less than 25 guests, a two-night minimum is required for the reservation. If no overnight accommodations are needed, the space may be rented from 10am-10pm for the cost of the two-night minimum reservation, less 30%.

All events with 25 or more guests require reservations at the group rate, and an accompanying space use agreement. Group rental rates range from $3,600 - $5,700 and multi-night group rate packages range from $4,200-$9,500. Please inquire for specific pricing information based on your group size and season, and to determine date availability.

GROUP GATHERING RENTAL RATES - MULTI-DAY FULL PROPERTY RENTAL PACKAGES WITH OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS FOR GROUPS GATHERINGS with 25 or more Guests. (Overnight accommodations include 3 Private Queen Bedrooms with en-suite or dedicated bathrooms, a full sofa sleeper in the downstairs living room, a queen sofa sleeper upstairs with upper level guest bath access).
