  • 3.5 hour time blocks (2-Hour Event) for $375

  • 7.5 hour time blocks (6 Hour Event) $750

  • Full day Rental $1,125

  • Includes guest access to the upstairs of the property and 1 upstairs bathroom

  • Accommodates 24 person seated events and 50 person receptions *However, please note that no more than 15 cars are allowed onsite at any time during the reservation. Please plan accordingly with ride share or shuttling guests from the Exit 96 Park & Ride lot adjacent to I-84.

  • Eclectic mix of hardwood tables and chairs provided for seated dinging events with up to 24 guests. If matching chairs are desired, those should be rented independently.

  • Overnight accommodations are not included with hourly event rental but may be available depending on the season and availability. Please check availability and book through Airbnb if you would like to separately add overnight accommodations. More information about overnight stays and those booking links can be found at the bottom of this page.
