Sacred Basecamp’s unique atmosphere, charming architecture, and uplifting ambience make it a desirable location for celebrations of love, commitment, family, friendship, community, and creativity. Those seeking privacy, sophisticated style and intimate scale will find a welcoming space at Sacred Basecamp to host a variety of private events, corporate meetings, trainings, remote work space for employee groups and executive leadership teams, celebratory seated and reception style dinners, elopements, intimate ceremonies, open-house style receptions, wellness retreats, workshops, curated programs and presentations, television and film production, content creation, and more. Sacred Basecamp is a safe and welcoming space for all who gather in the space.

We offer the following event rental options. Please note that “day-use” options do not include overnight accommodations, but those may be added at an additional fee of $265/night per private queen room (1-2 guests per room) for event hosts or event guests who desire overnight accommodations. Please note that overnight accommodations are reserved separately via direct booking invoice and secure online payment. Please email info@sacredbasecamp.com to inquire about overnight accommodation availability on the night of your preferred event date.

*Information for single night and multi-day, non-event related overnight accommodations for up to 9 guests, along with booking links, can be found here. (Standard Rates for full property rental for non-event stays start at $790/night. Last minute rates for reservations booked 7 days in advance start at $395/night.

Overnight accommodations for 1-2 guests (single guest one couple), with access to one queen bedroom (the other two bedrooms are inaccessible during this reservation the guests do have full access to the rest of the property) starts at $295/night and can be booked here).

*Standard indoor dining configuration is available for up to 25 guests (four 5-foot tables, one 8-foot table, one round 36” inch bistro table with chairs to accompany all tables). If seating for more than 16 guests is required, please request this seating configuration in advance of your event date, as two of the tables are not used for day-to-day operations and require advance notice for set-up.

*Please note that furniture may not be removed or rearranged for events, without prior discussion with property management. Furniture may be completely removed from the property and stored when needed for multi-day event-related reservations and monthly rentals upon request and for an additional fee of $1,750, with a $500/month storage fee for recurring storage that’s needed for short term or mid-term tenant use more than 1-week in duration.

*4 additional folding tables (6-foot rectangular) are available for use. Please request these in advance of your event date.

*15 additional 5-foot long hardwood mid-century modern style tables available to rent for an additional fee of ($750 total, or $50/table) (matching fruitwood chairs are not available, but may be rented from a local rental vendor. Vendor suggestions available upon request).

*Outside catering and bartending services is encouraged but not required for private events that take place during standard property rental reservations.

*Parking for 20 cars (a shuttle to/from the nearby park & ride lot off the I-84 exit 96 offramp is available and may be required for larger groups. Property manager can assist with shuttle reservations and scheduling when needed).

*A full list of partner vendors, including hair stylists, makeup artists, caters and private chefs, bartending services, dance floor and event equipment rental companies, shuttle bus and private driver services, wellness treatments, officiant, DJ’s and live musicians, floral suppliers, floral designers, hourly event support staff, and other desired event services is provided upon request as a courtesy for Sacred Basecamp guests.
